Services
If you have already sent your request to get your final college certificate and you have also received a message from Student Center to come in, then you should choose this service and come to get your certificate. Only those students will get this certificate who have successfully completed all the requirements of the course and have paid the relevant fees.
If you need to provide any documents related to your previous studies or necessary for your university application, then you should choose this service and bring in all the documents to give to the Student Center. Always make copies from your documents for yourself.
To pick up your books you should choose this service and come to the Student Center. Please remember that you should first pay the relevant fees.
If you need information or assistance regarding extending your residence permit in Hungary. This should happen a minimum 50 days before the expiry of your residence permit. It is the responsibility of the student to check this date and pay attention not to pass the deadline. AIC cannot take any responsibility if the student does not refer to the Immigration Office in due time with required documents necessary for a residence permit extension.
If you have been given the notice to come and pick up your student card, then you should choose this service and meet the staff at the Student Center to collect your international student card.
If you have received an email which states your proxy card is ready (to give you access to college building), then you should choose this service and meet the staff at Student Center to collect your proxy card.
If you need any help with respect to your college studies or your life in Europe, then you should choose this service and meet one of our colleagues at the Student Center. Please explain the issue you want to discuss with us, in this way our colleagues may invite other staff or teachers to come to the meeting. Always be specific and detailed in your explanation. This will help us to help you. REMEMBER: always visit the website first, many of your questions will be answered there.
If you want to buy TRAVEL insurance (for outside Hungary) or manage your insurance in Hungary or if you need any help in this respect, then you should choose this service.
Students always receive packages via post from their home country. It is often more convenient for them to give the address of college for postal communication as they are not at home during the day.
The parcels which arrive in your name will be collected by the concierge and given to the Student Center. You will then receive an email notifying you about the post services. You will pay 1000 Forint as post services fee and will collect your parcel at the time specified.
